I was born and raised in Indonesia, where batik has always been part of life — something you grow up seeing, appreciating, and understanding over time. I’ve always had a deep love for batik, and for this collection, I was drawn to the Kawung motif, a classic pattern from Central Java, known for symbolising purity — a meaning that naturally aligns with the lily.
