Shipping policy

For physical products, flat rate shipping fee of $4.50 is applicable to all orders (currently we only ship in Singapore). Free shipping is available for orders above $100. Once the order is placed, there is no refund available.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: teamhouseoflilies@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +65 8285 8589 with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on case-by-case basis but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
